Warranty Policy
Our warranties cover the products sold from LOKTOC, and products are guaranteed to function for one year, covering the item for one calendar year after you receive the goods.
What We Cover
All potential manufacturer's defects such as dead pixels, lines, color or back-light fading are covered under our comprehensive warranty program.
Dead Pixels
Coverage for non-functional pixels on display screens
Display Lines
Protection against vertical or horizontal line defects
Color Fading
Coverage for abnormal color degradation over time
Back-light Issues
Protection against backlight uniformity problems

Claim Process
Our policy is to guarantee claims within the guarantee period, unless the defect is caused by owner/user abuse or negligence or if the product was not used as intended.
We may require you to return the products before issuance of a refund or replacement.
Documentation or Photo Required
For severely damaged products that before installation, please take photos in advance and confirm with our after-sales service.
We will give out an analysis report after receiving the defective products. If the analysis is due to customer's improper operation, these damages are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
Situations not covered by our warranty policy
Physical Damage Not Covered
- •Liquid spills, cracks, scratches, dents or impressions
- •Damage occurred as a result of physical blow or drop
- •Broken screen/broken corners/stratification/LCD crushing
- •LCD burns/TP failure/bright lines caused by framing/installation
Liability Limitations
We will NOT be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of connected with the use or misuse of our products.
User Abuse
Damages caused by owner/user abuse or negligence are not covered. Products must be used as intended according to manufacturer specifications.
Replacement Policy
Warranty Recalculation
For after-service products that have been replaced with new ones, the warranty period is re-calculated as 12 months from the date of the goods replacement.
Out of Warranty Repair
The repair of goods out of warranty should be charged. If repairs for out-of-warranty products are required:
- • Customer issues a repair order
- • We provide an inspection report
- • Quote for repair costs is provided
- • If unrepairable, product is returned to customer
